1) What is Just Look
Online? We take the files prepared for printing, and convert
them into an online, page turning digital version of your magazine
or catalog. You do not need to do anything, or submit different
files. We do all of the work and host the online digital version.
2) What Statistics
are available? Track how many times a page is read and
which live web links and email links are visited by date and volume.
3) What kind of active
links can be added to the Online Digital Version? Any web
page address or email address can become a live link. Once a viewer
clicks on the active link, they will be redirected to the corresponding
web address or email address. Additionally, index pages can become
active hyperlinks. Once a page in the index is clicked on, the
viewer will automatically jump forward to that page within the
magazine or catalog.
4) Does the printed
version and online version look the same? Yes, the online
version looks the same as the printed version. However, if you
want to expand page counts, add or delete ads or copy, that can
be done, as well. The online version gives you the ability to
have more pages compared to the printed version, if desired, without
increasing the cost of the printed version.
5) How do you add
streaming video and audio? Streaming video and audio can
easily be added. Just supply the video /audio files in one of
the commonly used file formats, and an active link will be added
to the page of your choice. Once a viewer clicks on the active
link, the movie / audio file will automatically open and begin
playing. Approved file formats:
Windows Media Video File ( WMV )
M-Peg File
MOV File
AVI File
6) Does the viewer
need special software to view the digital version? Your
digital version will display on all common web browsers for both
PC and MAC operating systems.
7) Can I burn a digital
magazine onto a CD? Yes, stand alone versions can be burned
onto a CD for off-line viewing. Viewers insert the CD into any
standard CD player, and the magazine or catalog will open automatically,
ready for viewing. This is a great way to use digital versions
to market your magazine and publications. Or, send customers complete
volumes of catalogs without the need to print additional copies
or incur costly shipping charges. |
